As a young girl in Chile, Lula became interested in drawing and spent her young adulthood studying sculpture, painting and drawing at the University of Chile, and later on at The University of Valparaiso.

As a young girl in Chile, Lula became interested in drawing and spent her young adulthood studying sculpture, painting and drawing at the University of Chile, and later on at The University of Valparaiso.
After immigrating to the United States, she attended Pierce College in Southern California to continue her art studies. Lula excelled in life drawing, graphic design, illustration, sculpture and painting. She was awarded the Dean's List Honor for her hard work. She was also honored by professors from other Universities at her first exhibition, while winning first prize for her work in both abstract and life drawing categories.
Lula has since sold her artwork in high end galleries as well as to private collectors and celebrities.

I use many different mediums, such as clay, acrylics, and pastels. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

I enjoy hiking in my spare time and many of my pieces are directly influenced by these hikes in nature. I love recreating plants and wildlife in my work.
